John 3:16 is possibly the most well known verse in scripture and perhaps this is the first time you've read it ... or perhaps
you've read it a thousand times before but just now it has spoken to your heart.
I don't know your background, I don't know what life has given you, I can't see your sorrow or your joy ... but I do know one thing, whatever the circumstance, wherever you find yourself in life there is one who cares for you so much that he gave his life just for you. You are precious to him and he longs for you. That someone is Jesus Christ and you can have a personal relationship with him right now. If you are wondering where to start why not pray this prayer.
Dear Lord Jesus.
I need you...I need your grace to forgive me and I need your love to change me.
Thank you for your amazing love.
Thank you for giving me life and eternity. But above all, thank you for dying on the cross for me.
I accept you as my Lord and saviour. Now I am a Christian, which means you live in me.
I belong to you. I will live my life for you and I will love you forever
